Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

God's comfort can meet the mind in the middle of many thoughts.
Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.
Anxiety weighs the heart; truth and kindness lift it.
What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
Fear is met by deliberate trust in God.
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.
God offers rest to minds that lean on Him.
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
Jesus calls worry away from tomorrow’s hypotheticals.
And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
Disciples are invited to refuse anxious preoccupation with needs.
